Welcome to the Family Nutrition Centre! We want to help your family eat healthier by providing evidence- based advice and support for you and your loved ones. We believe that healthy eating should be easy, accessible to all, and bring families together.

 

Whether you are about to start a family of your own and need advice on how to optimise your health for growing a little one, are about to get your little one started on solid food, or need advice on how to keep your family healthy now that they are eating solids, we can help you. We offer workshops on a variety of topics to give an introduction into these areas, as well as 1-1 consults which will be tailored to you or your family’s needs and goals. The Family Nutrition Centre is a growing Nutrition Clinic in Chislehurst, Kent. We also offer clinic space in Shoreditch, London, upon request.
